Real estate giant Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has joined forces with Valor Group to develop a significant office complex in Mumbai, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹4,500 crore.

In a regulatory filing recently, Prestige Estates confirmed that it has entered into a framework agreement with Valor Estate Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiaries for the joint development. The project will span across land parcels totaling 21,978.22 square meters in the prime area of Andheri West, Mumbai.

This ambitious undertaking is set to deliver a total leasable area of 1.5 million square feet, addressing the growing demand for premium office spaces in the bustling financial capital. The partnership marks a strategic move for both companies, combining Prestige Estates' extensive development expertise with Valor Group's local market insights to create a landmark commercial hub.
