EPack Prefab Technologies Commissions ₹100 Crore PEB and PUF Panel Manufacturing Expansion in Rajasthan

EPack Prefab Technologies Limited has commissioned a ₹100 crore manufacturing capacity expansion at its facility in Ghiloth, Neemrana, Rajasthan, strengthening its presence in India's prefabricated construction materials sector.

The project involves an additional 11,300 metric tonnes per annum of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures and 800,000 square metres annually of Polyurethane Foam (PUF) panels.

Commercial production commenced on 28 October 2026, following receipt of Consent to Operate from the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board.

The investment, financed through net proceeds from the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO), aims to address growing demand for prefabricated industrial buildings and insulated panels across northern India.

With this expansion, EPack Prefab expects to strengthen manufacturing efficiency, improve regional supply capabilities and support faster project execution.

The facility will cater to industrial warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics infrastructure and other construction applications, reinforcing the company's position in India's expanding pre-engineered building and insulation materials market.
