PGCL pays Rs 337 mn to Capital Development Authority

Islamabad: Pak Gulf Construction (PGCL) has paid additional sum of Rs 337 million to the Capital Development Authority (CDA) as its scheduled instalment against a plot in the federal capital where the company is constructing a mega complex 'The Centaurus'.

According to the spokesman of the company, the plot, situated between the two main avenues Jinnah and Faisal was purchased with biggest bid ever in March 2005 and PGCL was paying all instalments according to schedule.

The construction work at the site has been executed at an accelerated pace. Three basements for shopping mall, apartment towers and office tower are completed. The structure for the towers are under construction and will shortly be seen above ground and will rise gracefully adorning the horizon of Islamabad.
