Wave Infratech appoints L&T for construction of luxury project.

NCR-based real estate company Wave Infratech recently appointed Larsen and Toubro (L&T) to start construction of luxury serviced residences at Wave City Centre in Noida.

The luxury project - Eminence - will be spread across 1.62 acres in Sector 32 in Noida and the construction is expected to be completed in 42 months, said Amar Sinha, Executive Director, Wave Infratech, said.

Eminence offers 300 housing units across 3BHK and 4BHK.

Wave City Centre is spread across 152 acres and the first phase is under construction.
