Tamil Nadu Secures ₹32,554 Crore Investment at "TN Rising" Conclave.

The Tamil Nadu government announced recently that it has secured investment commitments totaling ₹32,554 crore through 41 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) signed at the "TN Rising Investors Conclave." The investments are expected to create 49,845 new jobs across the state.

The signed agreements cover a wide range of strategic sectors, including electronics, defense, aerospace, green energy, and auto components, reinforcing Tamil Nadu's position as a key industrial hub.

The largest single investment commitment came from the Sakthi Group, which plans to establish a propulsion systems manufacturing and testing cluster in Thoothukudi. This project alone accounts for a ₹5,000 crore investment and is projected to create 2,000 job opportunities.
