The Sanjeevini Group announced on Sunday that it is targeting a revenue of approximately ₹1,200 crore from its latest luxury housing project in Bengaluru.

Named "The Adwaith," the residential project is spread across 8.3 acres in the Gunjur area of Bengaluru East. The development will feature 668 units, with the company projecting a total sales potential of ₹1,200 crore.

This new launch reflects the Sanjeevini Group's strategic focus on the high-end real estate market in Bengaluru, aiming to capitalize on the city's strong demand for luxury homes.
