SAEL Industries expands renewable portfolio with ₹3,000-crore Andhra Pradesh solar projects.

SAEL Industries has commissioned 600 MW AC solar power projects in the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh, within 11 months of signing an agreement with the state government involving an investment of ₹3,000 crore.

The projects are among the first large-scale renewable energy installations completed under the state’s Integrated Clean Energy Policy 2024, marking a significant milestone in Andhra Pradesh’s clean energy push.

The facilities were formally inaugurated in Kurnool on Friday by Nara Lokesh, Andhra Pradesh Minister for Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Real Time Governance and Human Resources Development.

Officials said the rapid execution of the projects underscores the state’s focus on accelerating renewable energy capacity addition and strengthening its clean power infrastructure.
