Mahindra Lifespaces Signs Joint Development Agreement for ₹1,250 Crore Residential Project in North Bengaluru

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has signed a joint development agreement to develop a premium residential project in North Bengaluru, Karnataka, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,250 crore.

The proposed development spans 10.05 acres and will offer approximately one million square feet of saleable residential space, primarily comprising premium apartments.

Located off the Bengaluru-Hyderabad Highway, around eight kilometres from Kempegowda International Airport, the project benefits from improving infrastructure and connectivity.

Mahindra Lifespaces expects to launch the development within nine months. The agreement strengthens its North Bengaluru portfolio, expanding its presence to three residential projects with combined development potential of approximately three million square feet.
