Al Hamad Building Contracting Wins AED 2.2 Billion Main Construction Contract for Nasim Al Bahr Resort and Residences in Ras Al Khaimah

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE – October 23, 2026: Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company (ADNH) has awarded a major construction contract worth AED 2.2 billion to Al Hamad Building Contracting Co. LLC for the development of Nasim Al Bahr Resort and Residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

The luxury beachfront development, valued at approximately AED 3 billion, will feature a premium hotel and resort comprising 495 guestrooms, including 29 hotel villas, alongside 447 branded residential units. The hospitality and residential components will operate under Marriott International's prestigious Luxury Collection brand.

With piling works already completed, the project is progressing into its main construction phase. The development is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.

The contract represents a significant milestone in ADNH's expansion into the UAE's luxury branded residences market, complementing its established hospitality portfolio.

The project is expected to create substantial opportunities for construction contractors, building materials suppliers, MEP service providers, interior fit-out specialists and hospitality infrastructure companies.
