ADNOC Onshore Awards $2.7 Billion Oil and Gas Development Packages to Jereh

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) Onshore has issued letters of award to Jereh Oil & Gas Engineering for three major oil and gas development packages in the United Arab Emirates, with a combined contract value of approximately $2.7 billion.

The packages cover the Ruwais Diyab unconventional gas development, Bab/North East Bab facilities and Bu Hasa facilities development.

The Ruwais Diyab unconventional gas project accounts for approximately $1.7 billion of the total awards, representing the largest component of the disclosed packages.

The developments are expected to support ADNOC's efforts to expand hydrocarbon production capacity, strengthen gas supply infrastructure and enhance operational efficiency across its onshore assets.

Jereh disclosed the letters of award on November 4, 2026, with the development reported on November 5. Formal contracts have yet to be signed.

The disclosed $2.7 billion represents contract package values and should not be interpreted as the verified total investment in the three underlying projects.
