Sadbhav Jodhpur Ring Road project achives financial closure

Sadbhav Jodhpur Ring Road Private Limited has achieved Financial Close for the Jodhpur Ring Road project.

The project is for Four Laning of Dangiywas (km 96.595 of NH-112) to Jajiwal (km 283.500 of NH-65 Nagaur Road) section Package-I (Design length 74.619 km) of Jodhpur Ring Road (In Principally declared NH) in the State of Rajasthan under NHDP Phase-VII.

Payment during construction period from NHAI* - 464.40 crs
Company's contribution - 132.72 crs
Rupee Term loan tenure (from Appointed Date) - 16 years
Interest rate linked to 1-yr MCLR of respective banks - 9.45% p.a.
