Saboo Sodium Chloro to Develop 120-Room 5-Star Resort in Rajasthan After Forest NOC.

Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited (SSCL) has obtained the Forest No Objection Certificate (NOC) for its proposed 120-room luxury 5-star resort in Jawai, Rajasthan, marking a key milestone in the project’s development.

The resort will be developed on approximately 40,000 square meters of land in Jawai, a renowned wildlife tourism destination known for its leopard habitats and conservation landscape. The property is located adjacent to Aaramgah Jawai Resort & Spa, part of Radisson Individuals Retreats.

With the Forest NOC secured, the project has moved into an advanced pre-construction phase. Architectural drawings have been submitted, and the company is finalizing the tender for the civil construction contract. Construction is expected to commence within the next two months, pending additional regulatory approvals and final land conversion orders.

The project is positioned to enhance Jawai’s luxury tourism offerings while maintaining the ecological integrity of the region, reflecting SSCL’s commitment to sustainable development in wildlife-rich areas.
