R.P.P Infra Projects to Acquire 120 Acres Near Proposed New Chennai Airport.

Erode-based R.P.P Infra Projects Ltd is set to acquire 120 acres of land near the proposed new Chennai airport in Parandur, about 60 km west of Chennai, at a cost of ₹75 crore.

In a filing with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the company stated that the land registration process is being carried out in stages and is expected to be fully completed by April 2025

The acquired land is strategically located near major international industrial establishments, including Samsung, Hyundai, and other key players from various sectors. R.P.P Infra is currently evaluating multiple development options for the land, including logistics parks, warehousing, and data centers, to maximize its value in alignment with its long-term strategic interests.
