RNIT AI Solutions Signs MoU with Ajnihat Alnajah Group LLC.
RNIT AI Solutions Ltd. (BSE: RNITAI), an Indian technology company specializing in AI-enabled governance and enterprise automation solutions, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Ajnihat Alnajah Group LLC, a Saudi-based digital transformation and enterprise solutions provider. The deal, valued at USD 3 million, marks RNIT’s formal entry into the GCC region and aims to jointly support digital transformation initiatives across Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries.
Under the partnership, RNIT and Ajnihat Alnajah Group will leverage their respective strengths to address growing regional demand for AI-driven automation and digital enablement solutions. RNIT will bring its expertise in AI-based governance platforms, enterprise automation, facial recognition, Generative AI, Conversational AI, IoT-enabled industrial systems, and open-source digital transformation frameworks. Ajnihat Alnajah Group will contribute local market knowledge, customer engagement support, and regional business development capabilities.
Commenting on the collaboration, RNIT CEO Raja Srinivas Nandigam said, “This partnership is a significant milestone in RNIT’s international expansion. As the GCC region accelerates its digital transformation agenda, this collaboration positions us to meet emerging regional needs with scalable AI and automation solutions. The collaboration will initially focus on RNIT’s Faceify ERP Identification Suite for enterprises and educational institutions, the RNIT-NIA AI platforms, open-source digital transformation systems, predictive analytics engines, and AI-based decision-support tools. Both companies also plan to explore co-development, knowledge sharing, and innovation initiatives in line with regulatory requirements.
