Steamhouse India Plans ₹114.13 Crore Investment in Gujarat Steam Facilities

8 September 2026: Steamhouse India has proposed allocating approximately ₹114.13 crore from its initial public offering proceeds to expand industrial steam infrastructure across three locations in Gujarat, according to its prospectus dated 3 September 2026.

The planned expenditure covers capacity expansion at the company’s Ankleshwar and Panoli facilities, along with development of a steam-generation facility at Dahej GIDC. Deployment of the proposed funds is scheduled across financial years 2027–2029 and depends on the company completing its fundraising.

Approximately ₹75.95 crore has been earmarked for Phase 3 expansion at Ankleshwar and Phase 2 expansion at Panoli. The two facilities will receive nearly equal allocations, with spending planned during FY2027 and FY2028.

A further ₹38.17 crore is proposed for the Phase 2 steam-generation facility at Dahej GIDC. Funding for this project is expected to be deployed over FY2027, FY2028 and FY2029.

Steamhouse India generates and distributes steam and industrial gases through pipeline networks serving industrial customers. Its shared infrastructure model provides an alternative to customers establishing separate steam-generation systems.

The proposed investment forms part of the company’s plans to expand production capacity and supporting infrastructure. The allocations represent intended use of fresh IPO proceeds, rather than expenditure already completed. The prospectus’s deployment schedule assumes receipt of net offer proceeds by 30 September 2026.
