PVR INOX Opens 18 Screens in Pune and Patna Multiplexes

PVR INOX, renowned as India's largest and most prestigious cinema exhibitor, has achieved a significant milestone with the inauguration of 18 screens across two new multiplexes. Today, 14 screens have been unveiled in Pune, while 4 screens have been introduced in Patna. This expansion aligns perfectly with the company's medium and long-term strategy to extend its screen presence across pivotal markets nationwide.

In the city of Pune, the new 14-screen Megaplex at Phoenix Mall of the Millennium, Wakad, stands out as the first cinema boasting an impressive 14 screens. Among its offerings are 2 INSIGNIA screens, 1 IMAX screen, 1 MX4D screen, 1 KIDDLES screen, and 9 Premiere auditoriums featuring last row celebrity recliners. With a seating capacity of 2199 audiences, the property is equipped with top-of-the-line theatrical solutions, including 4K Laser projectors in all auditoriums, advanced Dolby Atmos audio, and Volfoni 3D screens.

In the East, PVR INOX expands its footprint with the launch of its second property in Patna, Bihar, located at the bustling City Centre Patna. This move solidifies PVR INOX as the largest cinema exhibitor in the city. The cinema boasts modern theatrical solutions, including 2K projectors, Dolby 7.1 sound, and Next-Gen 3D technology. With a seating capacity of 864 audiences, the property ensures added comfort through plush recliner seats.
