"Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd Inks Contract with Guyana Defence Force"

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) has recently entered into a contract with the Guyana Defence Force (GDF), under the government of Guyana, for the procurement of two Hindustan-228 commuter aircraft. This agreement also includes the provision of Manufacturer Recommended List of Spares (MRLS), Ground Handling Equipment (GHE), Ground Support Equipment (GSE), Training, and Hand-holding services. The total value of the contract amounts to MUSD 23.37, approximately Rs. 194 Crore.
