Oberoi Realty's Gurugram Luxury Project Crosses ₹8,000 Crore in Bookings.

Oberoi Realty has recorded gross bookings of about ₹8,109 crore at Three Sixty North, its first luxury residential project in the National Capital Region (NCR), marking a strong debut in the North Indian housing market.

According to a stock exchange filing, the project has received bookings for around 13.52 lakh sq. ft. of RERA carpet area, equivalent to 23.10 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area.

The company launched the first phase of the luxury residential development last week in Sector 58, Gurugram. The phase comprises 832 apartments spread across six towers.

The robust response represents a significant milestone in Oberoi Realty's expansion beyond its core Mumbai market and underscores sustained demand for premium residential projects in the NCR.
