Praveg Secures Work Order for Cottage Development in Damanganga Garden, Kachigam, Daman.

Praveg Limited, India's foremost eco-responsible luxury resorts company, has announced a significant milestone with the receipt of a work order for the development and management of resorts at Damanganga Garden Kachigam, Daman. The work order, initially spanning seven (7) years, comes with the possibility of extension for an additional three (3) years.

Mr. Vishnu Patel, Chairman of Praveg Limited, expressed his delight on this occasion, stating, "We are thrilled to have been awarded the work order for developing and managing Praveg's Damanganga Kachigam resort in Daman. We extend our gratitude to the Diu Tourism department for entrusting us with this opportunity. Earlier, we successfully launched the Lighthouse Beach Resort and Jampore Resort, both of which are currently operating at full capacity. Once the Damanganga Garden Kachigam project becomes operational, our guests will have the privilege of experiencing Praveg's world-class eco-responsible hospitality."

The Damanganga Garden Kachigam project, encompassing a sprawling 89,500 square meters, will feature 30 eco-friendly luxury resorts along with a club house, two banquet halls, spa, swimming pool, restaurant, exotic garden, fitness center, and a range of additional facilities.

Praveg is already operating two resorts in Daman, boasting a total capacity of 68 rooms. The addition of the Damanganga project will increase the overall capacity to 98 rooms. Notably, all of Praveg's resorts in Daman are consistently operating at full occupancy. The company has already welcomed over 3,000 visitors to its resorts, and with the advent of the festive season, a surge in room demand from tourists is anticipated.

With this latest addition to its portfolio, Praveg will now have six properties in operation and eleven under development. The company is strategically poised to expand its footprint by adding more eco-responsible luxury resorts across India, solidifying its commitment to offering exceptional hospitality experiences.
