NIS Management Awarded ₹19.57 Crore O&M Contract in Patna.

NIS Management Limited has secured a ₹19.57 crore work order from the Office of the Chief Engineer (Patna), Building Construction Department, for comprehensive housekeeping, operation and maintenance services at Type-A and Type-B flats in Gardanibagh, Patna.

The contract is valued at ₹19,56,93,449, inclusive of applicable taxes, the company said.

Under the five-year contract, NIS Management will provide comprehensive housekeeping, operation and maintenance services for the residential flats. The execution period will begin from the date of issuance of the work order.

The company said the order reflects the expertise and capabilities of its team and strengthens its engagement with government institutions in the facilities management and maintenance segment.

The contract is expected to contribute to NIS Management’s order book while expanding its presence in the government and public infrastructure services segment.
