Realty company Mahindra Lifespaces is planning to expand its footprint by coming up with one project each in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru in the days to come.
“Our aim is to improve operational traction and to get deeper into these three cities. In the second stage, National Capital Region (NCR) and Hyderabad are the two locations where the company is in the evaluating stage,” said Sangeeta Prasad, MD and CEO, Mahindra Lifespaces Developers.
The reason for choosing Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru for the projects is that jobs are being created and infrastructure is refurbished in these cities, she said. “The three projects are expected to be completed in FY 2020,” she added.
“We are focusing on strengthening our land acquisition team. Getting more people of different expertise and increasing the pipeline of lands are focus areas,” Prasad said.
