Krystal Integrated Services Bags Order Worth ₹134 Crore.
The company announced that it has received a work order worth approximately ₹134 crore from the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC).
The order involves providing Integrated Facility Management Services across the allocated regions of Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar for a period of three years.
According to the company, the work order was awarded in the ordinary course of business and constitutes a domestic contract. Krystal Integrated Services also stated that its promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in MSRTC and that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
