Innov8 Expands Footprint with Two New Flex Office Centres in Mumbai.

Innov8, a startup specializing in flexible office spaces, has launched two new centers in Mumbai—one in Navi Mumbai and another in Andheri. Each center spans over 1 lakh square feet and collectively offers seating for up to 3,000 individuals.

The Navi Mumbai center, named Q Parc, is located along the Thane-Belapur Road in Ghansoli, a key IT corridor in the city. The facility is designed to cater to senior-level executives with an exclusive lounge and includes amenities such as residential towers, a retail mall, four acres of open space, 10 sports courts, multiple food courts, and a 500-seater amphitheater.

The second center, Innov8 Zion, is located in Andheri and is housed in a green-certified building along the Western Express Highway. With a seating capacity of 1,500, Innov8 Zion is easily accessible from Andheri and Vile Parle railway stations, as well as the Gundavil metro station, making it a prime location for businesses looking for connectivity and modern amenities.
