IL&FS Engg secures Rs. 105-cr residential towers project in Mumbai.

IL&FS Engineering Services Ltd. has said it has received a letter of Intent for Rs. 105 crore worth buildings work in Mumbai.

According to a company statement, the contract is from the Lodha Group for civil construction works of the 18 proposed G+15 residential buildings in Phase II of its Palava project in Mumbai. The Rs. 105-crore contract has to be executed within 332 days.

IL&FS Engineering Services is currently executing 'Orchid Heights', a high-rise residential buildings project at Byculla in Mumbai involving construction of two high-rise towers.
