Hyderabad's first highrise is up and running.

Saket, which is known for its retirement homes and villas, has now come up with a 25-storey project named Saket Sriyam. The project is located at AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, and is now ready to move in.

There are two and three bedroom flats here, with the project spread over 3.5 acres of land. The towers, with 25 apartments each, indeed occupies just about 22 per cent of the total area, with the rest of the space dedicated to green landscapes and amenities.
