Godrej Properties launches new Bengaluru project.

The Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties has launched a project on Ballari Road (NH-7) in North Bengaluru.

The project named Godrej Aqua is spread over 7.19 acres and has a saleable area of about 72,918 sq mt (784,878 sq ft) of 2BHK, 3BHK apartments ranging in carpet areas from 738 sq ft to 1,251 sq ft.

Strategically located and close to the commercial and industrial areas of Hebbal, Yelahanka, and Devanahalli, it offers good connectivity to Outer Ring Road, Bangalore International Airport, and the Central Business District.

The Ballari Road micro-market has emerged as one of the fastest growing residential areas of Bengaluru with a lot of infrastructure developments and projects coming up in the area. With this launch, Godrej Properties now has 17 projects in Bengaluru.

Godrej Aqua has Godrej QST System, a sustainable water management system, which plans to revolutionise residential water management. The Godrej Quad-Step Treatment Process will be able to provide pure drinking water at all times.
