Welspun One Logistics Expands Bengaluru Footprint with 107-Acre Land Acquisition.

Welspun One Logistics Parks (WOLP) announced today that it has acquired two new land parcels in Bengaluru, totaling 107 acres, to expand its warehousing development footprint. This acquisition grows the company’s land bank in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu to over 260 acres.

The newly acquired land includes a 51-acre parcel in Hoskote and a 56-acre parcel in Devanahalli. These sites have the potential for 6 million square feet of new development, backed by a committed investment of $250 million.

The Hoskote location is specifically slated to host a Proxima category warehousing facility. The new park will cater to a range of industries, including third-party logistics providers, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, and retailers. The area is already a key logistics hub, serving major companies like Amazon, Flipkart, and DHL.
