GHMC will give sufficient time for the consultants to prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) as the above stretches were passing through highly congested areas, where a detailed traffic studies, sub-soil investigation, details of utilities above ground, below the ground, Right of Way (ROW) availability etc, are to be carried out meticulously to finalise the DPR.
After submission of the DPRs by the consultant and approval from the state government, GHMC will invite tenders for developing these five stretches.
