Embassy Developments Plans ₹2,000 Crore Construction Outlay for FY27.
Real estate developer Embassy Developments Ltd plans to invest around ₹1,800-2,000 crore in construction activities during the current financial year as it accelerates execution across multiple projects, according to a senior company official.
The Bengaluru-based company, part of the Embassy Group, had invested nearly ₹1,200 crore in project construction during the 2025-26 financial year.
Speaking to PTI, Managing Director Aditya Virwani said the company would significantly increase spending this fiscal to ensure timely completion of ongoing developments and support its growth pipeline.
"We will be stepping up investment on construction activities this fiscal to ₹1,800-2,000 crore," Virwani said.
The higher capital deployment reflects the company's focus on accelerating project delivery amid strong demand in the residential real estate market. Embassy Developments has a number of ongoing projects across key markets and aims to maintain execution momentum through increased construction spending.
