CM dedicates Rs. 417-cr water project to Saurashtra region.

Chief Minister Anandi Patel dedicated to the public a Rs. 417-crore drinking water project at Navda in Barvala of Botad district to augment the Narmada water supply in the Saurashtra region.

The 77-km-long pipeline will carry water from Navda pumping station to Budhel village, from where it will be pumped further into parts of Bhavnagar district. The pumping station at Navada has also been upgraded for a parallel pipeline, officers said.
