Brigade Group Signs Joint Development Agreement for Residential Project in South Bengaluru.

Leading real estate developer Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to launch a premium residential project in Banashankari, a prime locality in South Bengaluru. The project is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,200 crore, the company announced.

The upcoming development will feature premium apartments, aimed at catering to growing demand in one of the city’s most sought-after residential zones.
