Brigade Group Signs ₹300 Crore JDA for Luxury Project in Mysuru.

Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for a luxury residential project on Bogadi Road, near the proposed Outer Ring Road in Mysuru. The project will span 5 acres and 12 guntas, with a planned development of approximately 0.45 million square feet and a gross development value (GDV) of ₹300 crore.

The residential development will feature a mix of senior living spaces (25%) and luxury apartments (75%), offering 2 and 3 BHK units.

“This land deal is part of our efforts to expand our footprint in Mysuru. The project aligns with our vision of building inclusive communities that cater to diverse lifestyle needs while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation,” said Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Group.

The announcement comes amid Brigade Group’s expansion strategy, which includes a recently signed definitive agreement for a land parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road with a GDV of nearly ₹2,700 crore. The company also recently launched a housing project in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, with a projected revenue of ₹2,700 crore.
