Ceigall India Ltd Receives LoA from MSEDCL for 190 MW Solar Power Projects.

Ceigall India Limited has received a Letter of Award (LoA) dated October 2, 2025, from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) for developing solar photovoltaic power generating stations with a combined capacity of 190 MW (AC). The projects will be executed under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 scheme, spanning four districts across Maharashtra.

The contract includes the construction of a 190 MW solar plant with an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) cost of ₹712.16 crore (including GST). Ceigall India will also be responsible for operating, maintaining, and supplying power from the projects over a 25-year period under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

This initiative aligns with Maharashtra’s commitment to expanding renewable energy capacity and supporting sustainable development across the state.
