"BL Kashyap Secures Rs 160 Crore Order"

BL Kashyap & Sons Limited has announced the acquisition of a Rs 160 crore order from Suruchi Properties, a subsidiary of Century Real Estate Holdings. According to an exchange filing, the company will undertake civil, structural, and allied works for a residential building project in Kodihalli, Bengaluru. The project is slated for completion within 20 months.

As of now, BL Kashyap's total order book stands at Rs 3,383 crore. The company, listed on the Indian stock exchange, is renowned for its extensive portfolio of construction projects across India, including hospitals, hotels, office spaces, IT parks, industrial facilities, metro systems, commercial spaces, residential buildings, institutional structures, and airports.

Recent notable projects by BL Kashyap include Shangri-La Bangalore, Embassy Golf Links, Manyata Tech Park, New Flipkart Office, VR Bengaluru, Phoenix Market-city Mall, Prestige Golfshire, BhartiyaCity, Four Seasons Residences, and DLF Promenade Mall in New Delhi, among others. The company has a delivery capacity of 25 million square feet annually and employs over 1,500 engineers and more than 10,000 staff nationwide.
