Binny to develop township.

Binny Ltd. said its board of directors recently approved a company proposal to develop its land into an integrated township through the development agency model.

In a communication to the stock exchanges, the company said the board has also authorised M Nandagopal, Executive Chairman, and Arvind Nandagopal, Managing Director, to finalise a development agency contract on terms and conditions they considered fit and inform it.
