BHEL commissions first supercritical thermal unit in Bihar. State-run equipment major commissioned its first 660-MW supercritical thermal unit at NTPC's Barh power plant in Bihar.

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) said its 660 MW Boiler Turbine Generator (BTG) unit for Stage II Unit 4 of state-owned generator National Thermal Power Corporation's thermal project attained full load.
