Arunjyoti Bio Ventures Expands with New Warehouse Property.

Arunjyoti Bio Ventures Limited has completed the acquisition of a new property in Jangaon, Telangana, following the approval of its shareholders. The company's Board of Directors had approved the purchase of a 2-acre, 6-gunta parcel of land, which includes a 22,000 square-foot constructed warehouse.

The proposal, initially sanctioned by the board on December 11, 2024, was contingent on shareholder approval. The acquisition was officially finalized after members greenlit the deal during an Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 6, 2025. This strategic purchase will support the company's operational and expansion plans.
