Adani Enterprises forms Adani Lucknow International Airport Ltd.

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has incorporated a Company namely "Adani Lucknow International Airport Limited" on 6th September, 2019.

Adani Lucknow International Airport Limited will carry out the operations & maintenance related activities of Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and is yet to commence its business operations.

AEL had received Letter of Award from Airports Authority of India ("AAI") on 15th July, 2019 for Operations, Management and Development of Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport located at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
