₹350 Crore Contract Signed for Chennai Central Tower Project

Chennai Metro Asset Management Limited (CMAML), a Special Purpose Vehicle jointly established by Chennai Metro Rail Limited and the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO), has signed a contract to develop the ambitious Chennai Central Tower.

Valued at ₹350 crore (excluding GST), the project has been awarded to Renaatus Projects Private Limited. According to a release, the Letter of Acceptance for the project was issued on December 12.

The 27-storey tower will be strategically located near the Chennai Central Railway Station and is designed to combine modern amenities with seamless connectivity and sustainability. The tower is set to house facilities for business, leisure, and hospitality, aiming to enhance the city's infrastructure and provide a dynamic urban experience.
