Yatharth Hospitals Announces New Acquisition to Expand Presence in Delhi.

Yatharth Hospitals has announced the acquisition of MD City Hospital in Delhi’s Model Town for approximately ₹160 crore, adding 300 beds to its network. The acquisition, conducted through an e-auction under the SARFAESI Act, strengthens Yatharth’s footprint in the Delhi-NCR region and positions the chain as a leading super-speciality provider in Northern India.

With this acquisition, Yatharth aims to broaden its service capacity and fulfill its growth strategy through both organic and inorganic expansion.
