Yashoda Hospital setting up cancer centre

Hyderabad: Yashoda Hospital is setting up a comprehensive cancer treatment centre. The Yashoda Cancer Institute, which is going to be inaugurated by the Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, on February 4, would have world-class diagnostic and treatment facilities such as RapidArc radiation treatment therapy, advanced bone marrow transplant unit, PET-CT scan and Gamma camera, among others.

The institute is the first in Asia to successfully install RapidArc facility, according to a release.
