Winter Green takes shape off Marathalli in Bangalore.

Bangalore-based Sam­ruddhi Realty has launched a residential apartment project, Winter Green. The project themed to provide the feel of residential units set in the middle of a resort, with designer lobbies and sleek interiors and a grand façade, is coming up at Panathur, off Marthahalli near Sarjapur Road in Bangalore.

Spread over 3.3 acres, the project will offer a total of 212 apartments in a combination of 2BHK and 3BHK units. Located just off Marthalli on Sarjapur Road, it offers easy connectivity to several areas in Bangalore, while at the same time being disconnected from the city's chaos, the company said in a statement.

Winter Green project is designed to offer top-of-the line apartments with ample luxury features and facilities. These include a clubhouse, swimming pool, kid’s pool, indoor games like snooker and table tennis, library and reading area, children’s play area, promenade and a zen garden, besides sundecks to take a long walk.

Other facilities include gym, jogging track, tennis and basket ball courts, convenience stores and multipurpose hall and an amphitheatre, besides eco-friendly systems like rain water harvesting and sewage treatment plant.

While 80 per cent of the available space is left as open space along with a central courtyard that is spread over half an acre, the entire area is equipped with round the clock security system with CCTV cameras.

While the 2BHK apartments come in sizes of about 1,275 sq ft, the larger 3BHK residential units come in the 1,700 sq ft range in size. While a 2BHK apartment starts with a price of around Rs. 57 lakh, the 3BHK residential units are priced at around Rs. 75 lakh onwards.

The project is scheduled to be completed and handed over to home buyers by the end of 2016, the company said in the statement.

Started in 2004, the decade-old Samruddhi Realty has become a premium residential and real estate developer with particular focus on Bangalore's ever expanding realty market. Besides residential apartments, it has several on-going projects offering row houses and luxury villas.
