Wave announces subvention for luxury properties in Noida township.

Wave Infratech has launched a subvention scheme for luxury properties situated in its 152 acre township 'Wave City Center' in Noida.

Under the scheme, the buyers/investors have the option of booking premium serviced residences by paying 20% on booking and no EMI till possession. Besides, Wave has launched fully furnished ready-to-use business offices in the township.

Wave City Center senior president sales and marketing C J Singh said with these schemes, the company not only aimed at giving customers the ease of payment, but a luxury living in the heart of Noida-Delhi NCR.
