Vivint Pharma to Invest ₹400 Crore in New Injectables Facility in Hyderabad.
Vivint Pharma, a prominent injectables pharmaceutical company, has announced plans to build a cutting-edge injectables manufacturing facility in Genome Valley, Hyderabad. The investment of ₹400 crore in the new facility is expected to create up to 1,000 jobs.
The announcement was made during a high-level meeting with Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and his team in the United States.
Vivint Pharma, which already has an R&D center in Genome Valley with an investment of approximately ₹70 crore, has decided to expand its operations by establishing its first manufacturing plant. The company has acquired 5.5 acres in Genome Valley for this purpose.
The new facility will specialize in the development and production of high-quality injectable drugs, focusing on oncology and critical care sectors. It aims to serve both domestic and international markets.
