TN to sign MoU worth Rs.20,295 crore in the state The Tamil Nadu government will next week sign memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with 12 companies that will invest Rs.20,295 crore in the state.

The list of MoU to be signed as follows:

-Hyundai Motor plans to further expand its facility near here, investing Rs.4,000 crore.

- PPG Industries, US, partnering with Harsha Group to set up fibre glass and float glass unit at an outlay of Rs.4,100 crore,

- Auto component maker TVS group Rs.700 crore,

-Multi-product conglomerate Murugappa group Rs.500 crore to make steel pipes and auto components,

- Danfoss Industries Rs.500 crore for expansion and setting up of research and development centre,

- Electronics hardware maker Sanmina-SCI Rs.250 crore for expansion,

- Finnish mobile handset maker Nokia Rs.250 crore for expansion,

- Alticor Incorporated/Amway Rs.300 crore for setting up manufacturing facility,

--Indo Rama Rs.4,500 crore for setting up synthetic fibre and petrochemical plants at Coimbatore and Ennore here respectively,

- BGR Energy-Hitachi for setting up power equipment manufacturing plants at an outlay of Rs.2,325 crore,

- ADD Industrial Park Rs.3,100 crore for setting up an integrated textile park near Coimbatore,

- French company Saint Gobain Rs.400 crore for expansion of its facility near here.
