Telangana CM Revanth Reddy Proposes Greenfield Highway, Bullet Train Corridor for Southern Region.

As it prepares to unveil the Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document, the state government has signaled its ambition to transform Telangana into a major investment destination for countries including Japan, China, Singapore, and South Korea.

The document, scheduled to be launched during the Global Summit on December 8 and 9, outlines the state’s long-term development strategy. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy highlighted plans to push the Union government to construct greenfield highways linking Hyderabad with Amaravati, Chennai, and Bengaluru.

“We have convinced the Union government to build bullet train routes along this corridor,” Revanth Reddy said, emphasizing the state’s focus on modern infrastructure to attract global investors.

The vision document is expected to provide a comprehensive roadmap for Telangana’s economic growth and infrastructure development over the next two decades.
