Telangana CM Revanth Reddy Launches Construction of Greenfield Bharat Future City.

Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy recently officially inaugurated the construction of Bharat Future City, a Greenfield metropolis being developed at Kandukur in Rangareddy district, near Hyderabad.

The ambitious project is a flagship initiative of the Congress government led by Reddy and marks the fourth major phase in the historical development of the State Capital. Hyderabad’s growth began with the expansion to Secunderabad during the Nizam era, followed by the development of Cyberabad (Hitech City) over two decades ago.

Speaking at the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Future City Development Authority (FCDA) building and a radial road, Reddy said, “Bharat Future City will become a prime destination for investments and a world of opportunities, envisioned to host the world’s Fortune 500 companies within the next 10 years.”
