Tata Housing joins hands with Keventer in Kolkata.

Real estate arm of the Tata Group, Tata Housing has added to its land bank of locations through a joint venture with Keventer group for a 3-acre land parcel at New Alipore in Kolkata.

The company's idea is to create ultra-luxury projects across prime locations in major metros across the country.

In a press statement Brotin Banerjee, MD & CEO, Tata Housing said: 'We believe this is the right time to increase our footprint of quality land parcels in city centres of major metros as the demand will start picking up by end of this year. This joint venture is in line with Tata Housing's vision to expand their presence in the fast growing segment.'

Mayank Jalan, Managing Director, Keventer Group added: 'This is just the beginning of our long term relationship with Tata Housing and we will be doing many more projects.'
