Supertech launches affordable housing project.

NCR-based real estate player Supertech recently announced an affordable housing project 'Basera' in Gurgaon Manesar Urban Complex region.

The company will offer flats ranging from Rs. 12 lakh to Rs. 20 lakh.

The proposed project will be developed as per the terms and conditions of the policy prescribed by the Town and Country Planning Department, Government of Haryana, Supertech Chairman R K Arora said.

The 12.10 acre project will offer 1,976 flats, of which 5 per cent will be for management quota and the rest open for public. The allotment of flats will be done through draw of lots.

The company said that the possession will be given in four years.
