SRA Mumbai Issues LoA to Esquire Real Estate & Bio-infocom for Redevelopment.

Esquire Real Estate & Bio-infocom Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Balgopal Commercial Ltd, has received a Letter of Award from the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), Mumbai, for the redevelopment of a land parcel measuring 19,967.36 square metres at Sion Kokari Agar, Shaikh Mistry Road, Antop Hill, Mumbai-400 037.

The company said its entitlement of free-sale component from the project is currently estimated at around 5.87 lakh square feet, with a gross market value of approximately ₹1,200 crore, subject to the provisions of the Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2034, and applicable laws.

The approval has been granted in the ordinary course of business of the subsidiary and will enable further progress of the proposed development project, subject to compliance with the conditions specified and receipt of other requisite approvals from the concerned authorities.
